I with my wife stayed in Deluxe AC Room from 5.6.2012 to 8.6.2012. The location of the Hotel is eco-friendly. Thamel is all noisy at night but the Hotel is away from it. The staff was mannered, courteous and quick responsive to the call. The accommodation and linen provided was neat and clean. The breakfast was also good and fresh. On my next visit I would like to stay in this hotel.

The staff is very friendly, and so are the manager and the owner. The breakfast is good and you can always ask for more toast, more coffee or tea and more potatoes if you like. You can get tea and coffee throughout the day, and you don't even have to ask for it cause Sujan the owner will propose this to you. The money/quality ratio is very good, the rooms are very clean, comfortable and everything looks very new. If you have any problems or requests the staff will always help you and they speak very well English compared to other hotels.

I love the staff of Peak Point the most, they were extremely helpful. During the 2nd leg of our trip in Nepal, we were back in Thamel Kathmandu, (we stayed at Peak Point when we arrived and left to Bhaktapur) but we were staying at a different hotel, but the staff at Peak Point still helped us with bookings. Mr. Sujant helped us book our Flight over Everest and we got a massive discount. The staff were helpful in any situation, even if you've left the hotel, they will still remember you and will help you at any time. Any lacking in the hotel is easily made up by the staff's excellent attitude.
The rooms were not that great, it was pretty basic, but for the price we paid it was worth it. They can do a little bit more with the cleanliness, its not bad but there's definitely room for improvement.

All the staff were great and constantly made sure you were comfortable and enjoying your stay with them. 10/10 for satisfaction with the venue. They could organise anything you wished and I spent my days in Nepal fully occupied and saw many unforgetable sites and had lots of once in a lifetime experiences. They may not prove to be once in a lifetime experiences as I intend to go again next year for a longer stay.
They did not have a traditional bar, but on arrival one of the staff offered me a nightcap from his own booze which was much appreciated and set the tone for my stay of this very friendly hotel. It was not as central as I had hoped but as a result was quieter at night. Themajor night life was only a short cheap taxi ride away in any event.

Excellent welcome, we ask to manager ( Sujan) to organize a trip to go to Kathmandu, Pokhara, Nagarkot, chitwan, Bandipur, Bhaktpaur, Patan, Dhulikhel, Gorkha, Lumbini and has well done and well prepared. Glad to organize with him and hotel rooms and very clean and staffs are very friendly, Wi-Fi working 24 hours and most important to have hot water, can get any time. He organized the nice accommodation during our stay in Nepal. People working in the hotel very very nice, treated my like a family and provided tea/coffee complimentry, House Keeping ( cleaning) lady is very nice and rooms cleaned everyday. Hotel is located centerally and quiet place, Anyway, nice place to stay and recommend to all.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The locations is good to be in Thamel, where everything happens at night, however, is located in a back street and you dont get bothered with the horns of cars and bikes.

I liked how friendly and accomodating the staff were. I arrived as a solo traveler with absolutely no plans, and one of the nice guys who worked there arranged an entire itinerary for me which was very affordable and fun.
